BUD GRIFFIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT (BG/CS) has preventative maintenance (PM) agreements with over 400 customers in the Greater Houston area. Our technicians are all trained on the total Liebert AC product line. We have 11 service technicians that are available 24/7, 365. Each service vehicle is equipped with an inventory of regularly replaced parts. BG/CS also maintains a full parts department in our Houston office and is supported by the Liebert National Parts Network.
